A DOCUMENTARY BY CLARA TRISCHLER
Mexican indigenous people simulate an illegal border crossing as a tourist attraction. Deported Mexicans from the United States who now lead lives separated from their families in Mexico, navigating a life between two worlds, and a desert community on the brink of embarking on a days-long journey to the USA.
“OF COYOTES AND THOSE WHO STAYED” intricately weaves together stories of longing for a different place and life along the border between Mexico and the United States.
