Two unlike friends create virtual worlds in a garage in the suburbs. Relentlessly working on the infinite video game universe, the two buddies get into a fundemantal conflict of interest: Whilst the highly ambitious game designer DAVID (30) already envisions himself being celebrated for his immortal creation, the disabled lead-programmer GERALD (20) focuses on the collaborative work and their friendship.

The chaotic duo becomes a trio when the lonely retiree MRS. WERTHEIM (85) buys in on the project with a mission to win over the protestant youth through their beloved computer screens. Despite their remarkably different beliefs the trio strives towards a shared goal: their very own video game.
